La chiesa di Sant'Antonio Abate è la chiesa parrocchiale del luogo di Heist, che fa parte del comune fiammingo di Knokke-Heist, situata in Sint-Jozefsstraat 1.
In origine, il nucleo di Heist si trovava a sud dell'attuale centro, noto con il nome di Koudekerke, oggi il quartiere di Oostwinkel, a sud della linea ferroviaria attuale. Koudekerke divenne una parrocchia autonoma nell'ultimo quarto del XII secolo, staccandosi da quella di Lissewege.
Qui si trovava una chiesa tardo-gotica del XIII secolo.
