Villa "Ons Genoegen" del 1934 (vedi iscrizione dell'anno). Edificio autonomo di due campate e un piano sotto tetti inclinati rivestiti di tegole artificiali. Parzialmente seminterrato con pavimento sotterraneo in pietra calcarea blu. Struttura in mattoni rossi con applicazione di cemento per le cime delle facciate, angolo, bande e montanti delle finestre. Cornici profilate. Edificio caratterizzato da facciate in rilievo e in rientranza e da tre luci nella facciata principale. Angolo triangolare a sinistra, sotto un balcone con chiusura in legno e un frontone rialzato con estremità allungate che porta l'iscrizione "Ons Genoegen". Accesso nella facciata laterale tramite un portico con pilastro angolare in cui si trova una porta incassata. Fronte con anno "1934" accanto. Legno rinnovato.
