Nr. 16. Ex precedente fattoria di affitto di - e situata a sud-ovest del dominio del castello "De Lovie" (Proven, Via Canon nr. 10); secondo i dati catastali, il fienile e gli altri edifici agricoli risalirebbero rispettivamente al 1863 e al 1880. Notevole stile architettonico eclettico, come si può vedere dalle facciate stradali, da collocare nel contesto dell'architettura rurale sviluppatasi nel XIX secolo grazie all'iniziativa di J. Van Merris, proprietario del suddetto dominio e delle terre circostanti. Insieme a tre altre precedenti fattorie di affitto in stile architettonico del luogo (Proven, Via Canon nr. 6; Krombeke, Via Bankelinde nr. 56) vi è anche una fattoria-osteria tipo taverna (Via Krombeekse nr. 77), probabilmente sotto la direzione di P. Croquison (Kortrijk), anch'egli architetto del castello "De Lovie".
