Maes e Boereboomplein nr. 1. Ex sede municipale di Heist, costruita nel 1931-1932 su progetto degli architetti L. Bailyu (Heist) e F. Langeraert (Gent) e realizzata dall'appaltatore C. Van Haverbeke (Middelkerke). Edificio modernista composto da un corpo principale con un ingresso lavorato con scale e belle porte in ferro battuto, e una torre, ispirata alla torre del Municipio di Hilversum su progetto dell'architetto W. Dudok dal 1924 al 1930. Sulla facciata sud del municipio nel 1992 viene eretto il centro culturale "Ravelingen" su progetto dello studio di architettura A2 Office (Knokke-Heist).
