Cappellina, dedicata alla Santa Maria, Salvezza dei Malati, chiamata anche la cappelletta del dottor Gielen, poiché, proseguendo una tradizione di famiglia, si prese cura del luogo di culto fino alla sua morte nel 1978. I suoi bisnonni, H.M. Tielen e M.A. Schoofs, erano i probabili costruttori tra il 1777 e il 1819, poiché la cappella non è ancora segnata sulla mappa di Ferraris (1771-77), ma lo è sui piani catastali primitivi di Eksel, precisamente sulla mappa di raccolta del 1819.
