Cosiddetto "'t Hof ter Donck". Galleria d'arte, teatro e ristorante situati nell'ex birrificio Donck, ricostruito nel 1920 (vedi introduzione alla strada), secondo quanto riferito attivo fino alla Prima Guerra Mondiale e smantellato negli anni '50. Situato in un cortile pavimentato e circondato da un giardino recentemente piantumato; accesso originale: il portone a destra della ex abitazione del birraio. Un bel esempio di architettura industriale di ricostruzione.
