Zugleich " 't Hof ter Donck". Kunstgalerie, Theater und Restaurant untergebracht in der ehemaligen Brauerei Donck, 1920 neu erbaut (siehe Straßenbeschreibung), angeblich bis zum Ersten Weltkrieg in Betrieb und in den 1950er Jahren abgerissen. Befindet sich auf einem gepflasterten Innenhof und ist von einem neu angelegten Garten umgeben; ursprünglicher Zugang: das Tor rechts vom ehemaligen Brauhaus. Schönes Beispiel für industrielle Wiederaufbauarchitektur.
