Herve Société è attiva dal 1986 nella sede dell'originario caseificio del 1934. Questa azienda tradizionale produce formaggi Herve con etichetta DOP e i formaggi del monastero Val-Dieu. Qui vengono prodotti circa trenta tipi di formaggio dai sessanta dipendenti dell'azienda. "Ogni anno lavoriamo l'equivalente della produzione di 25 aziende agricole di latte", racconta
