Tipi di formaggio: Formaggio duro, morbido e fresco
Nel 1986 Louis Larock acquisì questa fattoria del XVIII secolo. Con suo figlio Cyrille la produzione di formaggio riprese nel 2015. Ogni anno produce 2 tonnellate di formaggio di latte vaccino. I must sees: la Grisette, la Tomme Blazone e da primavera 2017 la Grand Charme! Inoltre, nella selezione di questa fattoria bio-dinamica: formaggio fresco, yogurt, burro e latte.

Vendita: il mercoledì e il sabato dalle 10:00 alle 17:30. Selezione di verdure di stagione (40 varietà), vari salumi. Corsi per adulti, bambini da 2 a 6 anni e accoglienza per gruppi di visitatori
