Astenet è un luogo nel nord della comunità di lingua tedesca del Belgio, che fa parte del comune di Lontzen. Si trova a circa due chilometri a nord-est di Lontzen, sulla strada tra Walhorn e Hergenrath. Una tratta della linea ferroviaria Liegi-Aquisgrana attraversa Astenet, ma la stazione del villaggio è stata chiusa nel 1957 e demolita nel 1975. Il villaggio ha circa 615 abitanti.
