Mielen-boven-Aalst è una frazione del comune belga di Gingelom nella provincia di Limburg, fino al 1971 con 750 abitanti un comune autonomo, poi fino al 1977 una frazione di Borlo in Droog Haspengouw. Il nucleo di Mielen-boven-Aalst si estende lungo entrambe le sponde del Melsterbeek e secondo un orientamento nord-sud.
