La residenza studentesca COPAL in Tervuursestraat a Leuven, nelle vicinanze della residenza studentesca Camilo Torres in Brusselstraat.
Nel 1874 dodici redentoriste prese possesso del Villerscollege in Vaartstraat, ma il vecchio collegio si rivelò presto inadeguato. Di conseguenza, le suore decisero nel 1886 di costruire un nuovo complesso monastico in Tervuursestraat. Due anni dopo si trasferirono nel nuovo edificio e rimasero lì fino alla metà degli anni '50.
Nel 1955 il Collegium pro America Latina, fondato dai vescovi belgi, si stabilì negli edifici monastici vuoti. Missionari e operatori di sviluppo vennero preparati per la loro missione in America Latina e ricevettero, tra l'altro, un'immersione nella lingua spagnola, portoghese e creola. Per la gestione del collegio si ricorse nuovamente a suore. Nel 2002 il collegio chiuse i battenti. L'università acquistò il complesso e lo trasformò in residenza studentesca.
