Lungo la Promenade d'Orléans , quattro piccoli ponti rustici attraversano il fiume Sauvenière. I ponti prendono il nome da un pittore .
Il quarto ponte, vicino al monumento di Orléans , è dedicato a René Toussaint (1902-1971). Questo paesaggista ha vissuto quasi tutta la sua vita vicino alla sorgente di Sauvenière , che gestiva con la moglie. Ha dipinto principalmente la fagne de Malchamps e in particolare il sottobosco attorno a La Sauvenière e La Hoëgne.
Fu allievo di Vital Keuller, da cui prende il nome anche un ponte.
