Langs Orléans havnefront spænder fire små, rustikke broer over Sauvenière-floden. Broerne er opkaldt efter en maler .
Den fjerde bro nær Orleans-monumentet er dedikeret til René Toussaint (1902-1971). Denne landskabsmaler boede næsten hele sit liv i nærheden af Sauvenière-fontænen , som han bestyrede sammen med sin kone. Han malede hovedsageligt heden i Malchamps og især underskoven omkring La Sauvenière og La Hoëgne.
Han var elev af Vital Keuller, efter hvem en bro er opkaldt.
