La regione di Charleroi è soprannominata il Paese Nero. Le ex miniere di carbone e gli stabilimenti siderurgici abbandonati forniscono un'immagine sinistra di questa città un tempo industriale. Ma questa passeggiata in bicicletta vi farà scoprire un'altra faccia. Pedalate lungo le rive pedonali della Sambre, zigzagando lungo una vecchia linea ferroviaria che serviva le miniere di carbone e vi ritroverete in un bosco maestoso. Infine, riabilitate questa regione che lo merita seguendo una delle più grandi piantagioni di fragole della Wallonia. E ovunque lungo il cammino, le api mellifere sembrano trovare un habitat ideale.
