Da Diksmuide a Nieuwpoort via Frontzate, Koksijde e den Yser.

Le 3 acque sono il Canale Nieuwpoort-Dunkerque, il Mare del Nord e l'Yser.

Le Frontzate è una pista ciclabile sulla vecchia linea ferroviaria 74 da Diksmuide a Nieuwpoort, che ebbe un ruolo importante durante la prima guerra mondiale . Ha formato la diga che ha fermato l'acqua, in modo che la pianura di ferro rimanesse sott'acqua .

Questo percorso parte dal parcheggio gratuito della torre di ferro. La prima parte va direttamente a Nieuwpoort attraverso la vecchia ferrovia di Frontzate. Al canale Nieuwpoort-Dunkerque va a sinistra attraverso il canale , oltre la vecchia base aerea da Koksijde a Koksijde.

Via Oostduinkerke raggiungiamo Nieuwpoort. Dopo una terrazza al mercato del pesce , si prosegue verso la zampa d'oca da dove seguiamo lo Yser lungo la Fossa della Morte per tornare a Diksmuide.
