La Trême è un affluente sinistro di 16,3 chilometri del fiume Saane nel Cantone di Friburgo in Svizzera. Essa drena un tratto delle Prealpi friburghesi nella regione del Greyerzerland e appartiene al bacino del Reno. La Trême viene menzionata per la prima volta nel 1478 come Tremaz e Treme. Questo nome deriva dalla parola gallica Tragisama e significa all'incirca "molto veloce".
La zona sorgiva della Trême si trova tra il Niremont a ovest e la catena del Moléson a est, nel territorio comunale di Semsales. Sull'Alp Tremetta, sul versante ovest del Moléson, nasce il Ruisseau du Mormotey, che scorre verso nordest attraverso una valle con la foresta montana Joux de Riaz. Sul versante del Niremont ha origine il Châ. A 1160 m s.l.m., questi due torrenti sorgivi si uniscono, e il ruscello, da quel momento chiamato Trême, scorre verso nord-nordest.
