Nordheim am Main è un comune nel distretto di Kitzingen, nella bassa Franconia, in Baviera. L'omonimo villaggio è l'unico insediamento. La storia di Nordheim è strettamente legata all'abbazia di Münsterschwarzach, che a lungo detenne la signoria sulla località. Sotto gli abati dell'abbazia, il villaggio divenne il più importante possesso abbaziale.
Nordheim, con 319 ettari di vigneti, è il secondo comune viticolo della regione vinicola della Franconia ed era, prima della riforma comunale negli anni '70, a lungo il più grande. Il vino influisce sul ciclo annuale del villaggio. Oltre alle numerose cantine che organizzano feste del vino e del viticoltore nei mesi estivi, anche l'habitat del villaggio è dominato dai vigneti, tra cui la posizione di Nordheimer Vögelein.
