Dollern è un comune nel distretto di Stade nello stato della Bassa Sassonia e fa parte della comunità di Horneburg, dove vengono svolti anche i compiti amministrativi del comune di Dollern.
Dollern si trova sulla cresta geologica occidentale della valle fluviale dell'Elba, a circa 28 chilometri dal confine cittadino di Amburgo, tra Stade e Buxtehude.
