Winninger Uhlen si riferisce a una parte della località Uhlen, che si estende nella regione vinicola tedesca della Mosella, attraverso i comuni di Kobern-Gondorf e Winningen lungo la Mosella a terrazze.
La superficie vitata nel Winninger Uhlen è di circa 7 ettari e il pendio vitato si trova a un'altitudine di 75-210 m s.l.m. La pendenza è compresa tra il 50 e il 70% ed è lavorata a terrazze. I viticoltori utilizzano i metodi di allevamento della vite Moselpfahl, Trierer Rad, Vertiko e Drahtrahmenerziehung. La varietà di uva principale è il Riesling. Il Winninger Uhlen si trova nelle immediate vicinanze del ponte autostradale dell'autostrada federale 61.
