La Cancelleria Episcopale è un edificio protetto da vincolo monumentale a Osnabrück. L'edificio, costruito tra il 1782 e il 1785, ha segnato l'inizio dello stile architettonico del Classicismo a Osnabrück. Fu sede della cancelleria – del governo – nel Principato di Osnabrück. Dopo la fine del Principato nel 1802, servì come cancelleria per la giustizia e l'amministrazione, fino a quando il vescovado di Osnabrück non riacquistò l'edificio nel 1896. La sede centrale del vescovado romano-cattolico di Osnabrück si trova al suo interno.
