De Bisschoppelijke Kanzlei is een rijksmonument in Osnabrück. Het gebouw, dat van 1782 tot 1785 werd gebouwd, introduceerde de bouwstijl van het classicisme in Osnabrück. Het was de zetel van de Kanzlei - de regering - in het aartsbisdom Osnabrück. Na het einde van het aartsbisdom in 1802 diende het als land- en justizkanzlei, totdat het bisdom Osnabrück het gebouw in 1896 terugkochte. De centrale van het rooms-katholieke bisdom Osnabrück heeft daarin haar zetel.
