Le Bureau épiscopal est un bâtiment classé monument historique à Osnabrück. Construit entre 1782 et 1785, il a marqué le début du style architectural du classicisme à Osnabrück. Il était le siège de la chancellerie - du gouvernement - dans le prince-évêché d'Osnabrück. Après la dissolution du prince-évêché en 1802, il a servi de chancellerie civile et judiciaire, jusqu'à ce que le diocèse d'Osnabrück le rachète en 1896. Le siège du diocèse romain-catholique d'Osnabrück y est situé.
