La tenuta di Salzau è un antico maniero in Holstein, chiamato così in onore del cavaliere Otto von Salzau. Si trova a Fargau-Pratjau, nel distretto di Plön, in Schleswig-Holstein.
La tenuta è stata menzionata per la prima volta nella seconda metà del XIII secolo, quando la regina Mechthild, vedova del re Abel di Danimarca, le lasciò 30 marchi. Dall' XVIII al XX secolo, Salzau fu di proprietà dei conti Blome e, dopo il 1945, passò in eredità ai conti von Thun und Hohenstein.
