Il Cheruskerweg è un sentiero escursionistico di circa 70 chilometri che attraversa l'Ostwestfalen-Lippe nel nord-est della Renania Settentrionale-Vestfalia. Il sentiero contrassegnato con "X3" va da Kreuzkrug, situato a sud di Detmold, fino a Porta Westfalica nel distretto di Minden-Lübbecke. È considerato un percorso di collegamento orientale tra il Kammweg della Foresta di Teutoburgo, l'Hermannsweg, e il Kammweg delle montagne Wiehen, il Wittekindsweg. Il nome si riferisce ai Cheruschi, un popolo germanico che visse all'inizio dell'era volgare nell'area dell'attuale Ostwestfalen. Il loro cap leader Arminio fu fondamentale nella battaglia della Foresta di Teutoburgo nel 9 d.C.
