Il Caffè Arabo a Düsseldorf era un edificio abbastanza lungo in stile orientale, con diverse cupole e un minareto. L'edificio fu progettato nel 1895 dall'architetto Peters sulla precedente linea ferroviaria della Bergisch-Märkische Eisenbahn-Gesellschaft. L'edificio gastronomico, con la sua architettura stravagante in "stile moresco", che utilizzava mattoni colorati smaltati, si ergeva su un terreno lungo ma largo solo 8 m. Intorno al 1900, conferì alla Graf-Adolf-Straße un accento orientale, evidenziando l'influenza del periodo coloniale.
