L'edificio Unter den Ulmen 96 è una villa nel quartiere di Marienburg a Colonia, costruita nel 1906/07 e fa parte della colonia di ville di Colonia-Marienburg. Si trova come edificio angolare sul Bayenthalgürtel al confine nord del quartiere. La villa è protetta come monumento storico.
La villa è stata realizzata per il committente Ludwig Schneller, un pastore evangelico e teologo, come la villa opposta Bayenthalgürtel 15 secondo un progetto dell'architetto Eugen Fabricius. Poiché Schneller era presidente dell'Associazione Evangelica per l'Orfanotrofio Siriano di Gerusalemme, in una parte della casa è stata allestita la sua sede centrale.
