Le bâtiment Unter den Ulmen 96 est une villa située dans le quartier de Marienburg à Cologne, construite en 1906/07 et faisant partie de la colonie de villas de Cologne-Marienburg. Elle se trouve au coin de Bayenthalgürtel, sur le bord nord du quartier. La villa est protégée en tant que monument classé.
La villa a été conçue pour le commanditaire Ludwig Schneller, un pasteur évangélique et théologien, tout comme la villa opposée au Bayenthalgürtel 15, selon un projet de l'architecte Eugen Fabricius. Étant donné que Schneller était le président de l'Association évangélique pour l'orphelinat syrien à Jérusalem, une partie de la maison a été aménagée comme son siège.
