Het gebouw Unter den Ulmen 96 is een villa in de Keulse wijk Marienburg, die in 1906/07 werd gebouwd en behoort tot de villawijk Köln-Marienburg. Het ligt als hoekhuis aan de Bayenthalgürtel aan de noordrand van de wijk. De villa staat als monument onder bescherming.
De villa werd gebouwd voor de opdrachtgever Ludwig Schneller, een evangelische dominee en theoloog, net als de tegenoverliggende villa Bayenthalgürtel 15 naar een ontwerp van architect Eugen Fabricius. Aangezien Schneller voorzitter was van de Evangelische Vereniging voor het Syrische Weeshuis in Jerusalem, werd in een deel van het huis de centrale ingericht.
