Il castello di Ueckermünde è uno degli ultimi edifici conservati dei duchi pomerani in Germania. Si trova nella città di Ueckermünde nel distretto di Vorpommern-Greifswald, che lo utilizza come municipio dal 1780.
È documentato che già nel 1178 il castello Rochow si trovava nella parte inferiore del fiume Uecker, dove i duchi Bogislaw I e Casimiro I tenevano un parlamento dell’assieme. Nel 1284 il castello e il distretto adiacente furono chiamati per la prima volta castrum ukermund. Con la divisione del territorio pomerano, Ueckermünde passò al ducato di Pommern-Stettin. I duchi di Stettino utilizzavano il castello come rifugio, beneficio vitale e soprattutto come punto di partenza per le loro battute di caccia nella brughiera di Ueckermünde.
