Il deposito secondario dell'Ufficio dell'abbigliamento militare di Bernau fu costruito tra il 1939 e il 1942 e utilizzato dalla Wehrmacht tra il 1941 e il 1945 per la produzione e lo stoccaggio di uniformi e materiale militare. Dopo la fine della Seconda Guerra Mondiale, qui si trovava un deposito di rifornimenti e fornitura del Gruppo delle Forze Sovietiche in Germania.
L'ufficio principale con la direzione si trovava sulla Schwanebecker Chaussee. L'ex deposito secondario si trova al numero 17 di Schönfelder Weg, direttamente lungo la tratta ferroviaria Berlino-Prenzlau, l'area è collegata alla rete ferroviaria. Su immagini aeree o satellitari è facilmente riconoscibile la struttura a forma di arco del deposito secondario, situata a est, non lontano dal centro storico di Bernau – ha dimensioni simili.
