La Kremitz è un fiume nel Brandeburgo e nella Sassonia-Anhalt, Germania. Si tratta di un affluente destro della Schwarze Elster, nella quale sfocia presso Mönchenhöfe, nel distretto di Wittenberg. La parte del fiume che si trova nel territorio della Sassonia-Anhalt è lunga circa sei chilometri. La Kremitz ha undici dighe. Poco prima della sua confluenza nella Schwarze Elster, il fiume è arginato sul lato destro. Il tratto più lungo si trova nel Brandeburgo, dove nasce nei pressi di Hillmersdorf. Il bacino idrografico della Kremitz si estende su 177 chilometri quadrati.
Nell'area sorgente del fiume, tra i comuni di Hillmersdorf, Naundorf, Werchau e Frankenhain, ci sono ora torbiere riempite d'acqua. I fossati che sono stati creati per drenare il terreno contribuiscono significativamente al bilancio idrico del fiume. Degno di nota sono qui il Totengraben, la Nuova Kremitz e il Steigemühlenbach.
