La tenuta 'Hausen' viene menzionata già nel 1263 ed è stata ampliata in diverse epoche fino a diventare una corte a quattro ali, originariamente circondata da acqua difensiva e coperta di fango bianco. In effetti presenta la forma e lo stile architettonico della tipica fattoria Carre del Limburgo. Oggi ospita un'azienda specializzata in pavimenti antichi e camini in pietra.
