Das Gut "Hausen" wird bereits 1263 erwähnt und wurde in verschiedenen Epochen zu einem vierflügeligen Hof ausgebaut, der ursprünglich von Wehrwasser umgeben und mit weiß getünchtem Lehm bedeckt war. Und zwar mit der Form und dem architektonischen Stil des typischen Limburger Carré-Bauernhauses. Heute beherbergt es ein Unternehmen, das antike Fußböden und Steinkamine herstellt.
