La stazione ferroviaria di Krefeld-Uerdingen è la stazione regionale della città di Uerdingen, che era indipendente fino al 1929. Si trova nel nord-est di Krefeld, vicino al confine con Duisburg, nel distretto di Rheinhausen.
La stazione è stata inaugurata il 29 settembre 1849 con il nome di Uerdingen. Dal 5 ottobre 1849, l'intera linea ferroviaria da Uerdingen a Homberg e dal 1852 al 1885 sul traghetto di allora Ruhrort-Homberg è stata percorsa; questa linea è stata chiusa nel 1961. Dal 1 settembre 1866 Uerdingen è stata anche una fermata sulla linea ferroviaria Osterath-Dortmund Sud da Meerbusch-Osterath a Essen e dal 1874 a Dortmund, inizialmente attraverso il traghetto Rheinhausen-Hochfeld, e dal 1873 attraverso il ponte ferroviario di Duisburg-Hochfeld.
