Het station Krefeld-Uerdingen is het regionale station van de tot 1929 zelfstandige stad Uerdingen. Het bevindt zich in het noordoosten van Krefeld, nabij de grens met Duisburg, stadsdeel Rheinhausen.
Het station werd op 29 september 1849 onder de naam Uerdingen in gebruik genomen. Vanaf 5 oktober 1849 werd het gehele spoortraject van Uerdingen naar Homberg en van 1852 tot 1885 naar het toenmalige traject Ruhrort–Homberg bereden; dit traject werd in 1961 gesloten. Sinds 1 september 1866 was Uerdingen ook een halte aan de spoorlijn Osterath–Dortmund Zuid van Meerbusch-Osterath tot Essen en sinds 1874 tot Dortmund, aanvankelijk over het traject Rheinhausen-Hochfeld, vanaf 1873 dan over de spoorbrug Duisburg-Hochfeld.
