La mulino Amanda è un mulino a vento a Kappeln sullo Schlei. Con i suoi 32 metri è il mulino a vento più alto della Schleswig-Holstein. Accanto al mulino si trova un laboratorio di seghe, gestito oggi come "museo operativo" dalle officine di Kappeln.
Dopo che il vecchio mulino è andato a fuoco, il nuovo mulino è stato costruito nel 1888 per 80.000 marchi d'oro. Nel 1898 è stato acquisito dalla famiglia Hadenfeldt, nel 1964 sono state sospese le attività di macinazione e le ali a ventaglio sono state smontate. Nel 1976 la città di Kappeln ha acquistato il mulino e lo ha ristrutturato nel 1977. Nel 1976 è stato anche dichiarato monumento storico. Dal 1990 è registrato come monumento culturale. Nel 2007 la parte superiore del mulino ottagonale è stata accuratamente pulita.
