De molen Amanda is een windmolen in Kappeln aan de Schlei. Met 32 meter is het de hoogste windmolen in Schleswig-Holstein. Naast de molen bevindt zich een zaagmolen, dat tegenwoordig als "werkend museum" door de Kappelner Werkstätten wordt beheerd.
Nadat de oude molen was afgebrand, werd in 1888 de nieuwe molen gebouwd voor 80.000 goudmark. In 1898 werd zij verworven door de familie Hadenfeldt, in 1964 werd de maaloperatie stopgezet en werden de ventikantenwielen afgebroken. In 1976 kocht de stad Kappeln de molen en restaureerde deze in 1977. In 1976 werd zij ook onder monumentenzorg geplaatst. Sinds 1990 is zij als cultuurmonument geregistreerd. In 2007 werd de bovenste achthoekige molen toren grondig gereinigd.
