Il ponte Carolabrücke è un ponte ferroviario lungo 187 m che attraversa l'Elba tra Bad Schandau e Rathmannsdorf al chilometro di corrente 11,86.
Il ponte è stato costruito tra il 1874 e il 1877 in occasione della costruzione della linea ferroviaria Bautzen–Bad Schandau al chilometro di tracciato 63,3. L'opera originariamente consisteva in due sovrastrutture, una per il traffico ferroviario sul lato a valle e una disposta parallelamente per il traffico stradale sul lato a monte, con le sovrastrutture che poggiavano su pilastri e fondazioni comuni. Negli anni '70, le condizioni dell'opera non erano più adeguate ai carichi di traffico. Il traffico stradale era gestito come traffico in direzione con regolazione semaforica. Per i treni, l'opera era un punto di velocità ridotta.
