Vetschau è un villaggio nel comune tedesco di Aquisgrana, nel Land della Renania Settentrionale-Vestfalia. Fa parte del quartiere di Laurensberg e conta circa 100 case. Si trova non lontano dal confine olandese presso il valico di frontiera Vetschau sulla A4 tedesca, rispettivamente la A76 olandese.
Vetschau è un tipico villaggio lineare con molte vecchie fattorie sorte lungo una strada medievale di collegamento tra Aquisgrana e Heerlen, proprio dove incrociava la strada per Bocholtz. Si trova nella parte rurale e occidentale di Aquisgrana, nella pianura ai piedi del Monte Vetschauer. Si trova a circa un chilometro a nord-ovest di Laurensberg e, sebbene venga ufficialmente considerato parte di questo quartiere, a est confina direttamente con Richterich. Nelle vicinanze di Vetschau ha inizio il Amstelbach.
