La chiesa cattolica di Santa Lioba nella città termale di Bad Liebenzell è una chiesa con il patrocinio della santa Lioba di Tauberbischofsheim.
Le funzioni religiose cattoliche sono state celebrate a Bad Liebenzell sin dal 1902. Per decenni, i fedeli si sono riuniti per il culto nell'albergo Adler, nella chiesa evangelica, nel vecchio casermone o nel Marienstift. Dopo la Seconda Guerra Mondiale, il numero dei cristiani cattolici aumentò grazie all'arrivo di profughi e lavoratori esterni. Durante la stagione, numerosi ospiti soggiornavano nella città termale, il che ha fatto crescere il desiderio di avere un proprio edificio di culto. Dopo molte trattative fallite sui terreni, il distretto parrocchiale di Calw a Bad Liebenzell riuscì ad acquistare una farmacia con giardino, il cui proprietario teneva particolarmente a costruire una chiesa. Incaricato della progettazione della chiesa fu l'architetto Alfons Leitl, anche se il vescovo ausiliario Wilhelm Sedlmeier aveva messo in guardia la comunità riguardo all'architetto, poiché non rispettava mai il quadro finanziario.
