Il municipio di Moers forma un insieme di tre parti, integrato da due nuove sezioni, che chiude il lato nord di Neumarkt.
La parte principale, protetta come monumento, leggermente incurvata verso Unterwallstraße e Neumarkt, risale al 1954. Il caratteristico campanile termina con un tetto a padiglione. L'edificio storico è una struttura a tre piani con cantina, piano terra, primo e secondo piano. Si tratta di un edificio ad angolo. L'edificio è stato completamente ristrutturato e ampliato con un moderno edificio amministrativo a due ali con piani poligonali arrotondati.
