La Kalltalsperre è un serbatoio d'acqua potabile presso Simmerath-Rollesbroich vicino a Monschau, Kreis Aachen, NRW.
La costruzione della Kalltalsperre, che imbriglia il fiume Kall, iniziò il 21 marzo 1934 come programma governativo per l'occupazione. Inoltre, nel 1934 iniziò la costruzione della diga di Heimbach e della Rurtalsperre Schwammenauel. - La diga fu riempita per la prima volta l'8 gennaio 1936 e inaugurata il 23 agosto 1936. Dal 1926 esiste già un tunnel di collegamento per l'approvvigionamento di acqua non trattata. Il tunnel Heinrich-Geis lungo 3,7 km porta dalla sommità della Rurtalsperre alla Kalltalsperre. Da lì, il tunnel Kall lungo 6,2 km conduce alla diga di Dreilägerbach. Per le opportunità ricreative si può camminare e andare in bicicletta. Nuotare o praticare sport acquatici non è consentito, poiché si tratta di un serbatoio d'acqua potabile.
