Gaucín è un comune spagnolo appartenente alla comunità autonoma dell'Andalusia. Si trova a ovest della provincia di Málaga, nella Valle del Genal, essendo uno dei paesi che compongono la comarca della Serranía di Ronda.
È il primo paese della Serranía di Ronda che si trova sulla strada che unisce il Campo di Gibilterra con la città di Ronda. È uno dei paesi bianchi che si incastrano sui fianchi delle montagne che accolgono il fiume Genal.
