Ulldecona è un comune spagnolo, situato nella comarca catalana del Montsiá nella provincia di Tarragona. Ha una popolazione di 6368 abitanti. Include i nuclei del quartiere del Castell, La Miliana, Sant Joan del Pas, Els Valentins e Les Ventalles.
Dopo la riconquista cristiana, il castello di Ulldecona rimase in mano alla famiglia dei Montcada, facendo parte del termine di Tortosa. Le difficoltà nel compito della ripopolazione fecero sì che nel 1173, Guillem de Montcada cedesse il castello ai Cavalieri Ospitalieri. La donazione fu confermata nel 1178 dal re Alfonso II d'Aragona e includeva parte degli attuali termini di Alcanar, Freginals e Cenia.
