La chiesa di Santa Maria la Bianca di Villalcázar de Sirga, chiamata anche Santa Maria di Lito, è un tempio-fortezza iniziato a costruire alla fine del XII secolo, nella transizione dal romanico al gotico, e terminato nel XIV secolo. Punto del Cammino di Santiago, di cui è stato uno dei suoi centri religiosi più importanti, e legato all'Ordine del Tempio, riveste un grande interesse artistico, con elementi di spicco che includono il complesso scultoreo della facciata, protogotico del XIII secolo, la collezione di sepolcri policromi all'interno, gotici dei secoli XIII e XIV, e l'altare maggiore, gotico dei secoli XV e XVI.
