Il Monastero di San Paio de Antealtares è un monastero a Santiago de Compostela, Galizia, Spagna.
Fu fondato nell'XI secolo da Alfonso II delle Asturie ed è concepito come un monastero benedettino originariamente integrato da dodici monaci. Inizialmente aveva l'obiettivo di prendersi cura e rendere culto alla tomba recentemente scoperta dell'Apostolo Giacomo, il che conferì alla città lo status di pellegrinaggio.
