Het Klooster van San Paio de Antealtares is een klooster in Santiago de Compostela, Galicië, Spanje.
Het werd in de 11e eeuw opgericht door Alfons II van Asturië en is oorspronkelijk ontworpen als een benedictijnenkloster dat werd samengesteld uit twaalf monniken. Het was aanvankelijk bedoeld om zorg te dragen voor en aanbidding te bewijzen aan het nieuw ontdekte graf van de Apostel Jakobus, wat de stad een pelgrimstoestand gaf.
