La Cala Cortina è una spiaggia che appartiene al comune di Cartagena, vicino al porto e alla città di Cartagena, specificamente nel quartiere Santa Lucía.
Per arrivarci dalla città, bisogna passare intorno al porto del quartiere Santa Lucía e attraversare un tunnel. Questo percorso funge da sentiero turistico, poiché si può ammirare il piccolo porto naturale circondato da scogliere e montagne. Il punto panoramico che funge da parcheggio offre una bella vista sulla baia e sul Mar Mediterraneo. Dopo gli ultimi lavori di ristrutturazione, offre un'area gioco per bambini, una passeggiata, lettini e ombrelloni, oltre a un ristorante. Nel 2019, la spiaggia è stata scelta dai lettori della rivista di lusso e lifestyle Condé Nast Traveler come la seconda migliore spiaggia di Spagna.[1]
