L'Assedio di Lleida fu uno degli episodi della Guerra di successione spagnola avvenuto il 12 ottobre 1707.
Prevedendo la morte di Carlo II di Spagna senza discendenza, le principali potenze europee proposero come erede il principe elettore di Baviera, con il conseguente riassetto delle possessioni tra queste potenze. Ma egli morì, e Carlo II nel suo ultimo testamento scritto prima di morire nominò Filippo d'Angiò come suo successore. Filippo entrò a Barcellona il 2 ottobre e le Corti si chiusero infine il 14 gennaio 1702 con il giuramento delle costituzioni catalane da parte del Re.
